LEASE APPLICATION STEPS
- Franchise Owner fills out credit application via phone, mail, fax or online
- Bush Trucks provides credit approval within one (1) business day
- Upon credit approval, Bush contacts Franchise Owner to review details of the lease (e.g. terms, rates etc.)
LEASE AGREEMENT STEPS
- Bush Truck Leasing prepares lease contracts & sends out via DocuSign
- Franchise Owner signs and sends back with initial investment
- The truck is put into production. Ex: add decals, custom shelving, etc
- Once the truck is complete, Bush will request proof of insurance.
- The truck is then delivered to the customer, or available for pick up in Wilmington, OH
- An online survey is sent to the Franchise Owner to provide feedback on the quality of service received
